About time... eh?

Yes, It's 9:24 A.M... One hour break in between my Calc II and Chinese class... and my roommate is taking a nap...

Life here is goosh... But i'm starting to realize that the town that i'm in is really Middle of nowhere...

This is 15 min drive away from the college... nothing but cows, field and mountain... But since i don't hav a car, i don really go outside of the college... plus, we've got most of the stuff in college (including unlimited supply of Ben & Jerry's icecream)

O btw, I was chatting with Dawn the other day, and she seems to hav a very crooked view of my college... My college (Middlebury College) is not a nerd school... yes, there are a lot of smart people, but parties here are wild... and ppl do know how to hav fun... In fact, compared to other colleges or univ, it's very much like ISY in that ppl actually know each other and get along quite well...

Um.. watelse... o yea.. it's getting cold... last wednesday was hell... the temp dropped to 31 F... that's SUBZERO... but after that day it got relatively warmer... I'm not looking forward to the weather tho...

Well..... i guess that's about it for now...plz leave a comment/pepperoni and make this old man happy..

Um... How's class of 2004 doing? Missing home? Missing sticky rice? Missing Burma? Missing ISY? Yes... well I do too...

But I'm kinda having fun @ middlebury as well... People here are like ISY in that they are very friendly (at least the outside .. haha)... and we all hang around well... kinda cuz it's a small college ... (although it's not small at all compared to ISY)... and altho people party around alot (there has been citation everyday since the FIRST day of school), they do care about their grades...

Last Saturday, ISO (international student organization) sponsored a trip to Burlington (a "city" nearest from Middlebury)... and i was quite disappointed at the puny size of the city... didn't buy anything i wanted... but nonetheless it was fun... just hanging around outside the campus w/o worrying about school work...

Um... i can't believe that it hasn't even been TWO weeks since the beginning of classes... argh... I hope thanxgiving comes fast.... how are other ISYers (both graduate/undergraduate) doing?

At last~ I was too lazy to update my xanga... 

Um.. where should I start? I guess from the MOO trip.. it was really nice.. it was basically a hiking trip.. but to be honest .. it was FUCKING HARD... my god.. we hiked 24 miles in three days... but 2nd day was hell, because we went to 4 peaks (of mountains) in 11 miles... so by the end, my feet were like metal... But good thing is that my group became really close to each other..

Whatelse... oh right.. my school finally started today... it was so many orientations after orientations... Middlebury College, btw, is like 401 times better than what I've expected... food is great, ppl are great, and classes are quite interesting... o and one of the best things here is buildings... they are really well-built (esp exterior) .. the design is awesome...

Today, I had calculus II today morning, and it was sooooooooooo boring... you guys @ ISY, you hav no RIGHT to complain about Mr. Sabo.. cuz he isn't bad...

Yeah,, but other than that calculus II class, everything here has been great..

Unfortunately, I have classes @ 8 AM everyday except Tuesday... So kinda reminds me of my highschool where I have to wake up at 7 am or before... well that's a real abridged version of my 2 week stay here.. how's every one doing in college? and hoe's everyone doing in ISY?
